The main thing is that you have to get educated, create a plan and act on it & adjust when necessary. That is no different than riding a bicycle. I had an accident back when I was 8.

Have I ridden since. Yes I have more than two times. Once I took off and went on the main road & the other time I went on a bike trip in Jersey two times without a hitch.

My adjustment was that I learned how to use handbrakes.
