Napoleon Hill says “MAN’S ONLY LIMITATION, within reason, LIES IN HIS DEVELOPMENT AND USE OF HIS IMAGINATION.” Ray Kroc franchised a hamburger joint owned by the McDonald brothers, and changed the way people ate. After being passed over for a promotion by a man she trained, Mary Kay Ash had the vision of building an organization of beauty consultants who could shape their economic destinies in the 1960’s. Bill Gates imagined that every household would own a personal computer at a time when only universities and corporations owned them. Michael and Linda Dlouhy created the MFF system and had the idea of sharing their system for free with fellow network marketers with any company.
These all are examples of people changing the world using their creative imagination. I don’t think I’ve had a grand enough idea that would change my neighborhood, never mind the world. But there’s hope. Mr. Hill tells us that “Your imaginative faculty may have become weak through inaction. It can be revived and made alert through USE.” Like our muscles, we need to exercise imagination frequently so that it stays firm and flexible. Until we build up our imaginations, we can ride on the coattails of the MFF system, and especially this Think and Grow Rich Lessons mastermind group to exercise our imagination until we can tune into the vibration of the Infinite Intelligence.
