What this chapter meant to me this time is having a written plan on acting on it. Setting goals and meeting deadlines. Acquiring new skills and putting it to use. Then teaching it to others. Next get better because people do what I do not what I tell them to do. I can't ask people to do what I have not done.
Another thing that is crucial is to know your WHY. If there is no WHY then the rest is meaningless. When you have a strong WHY and a Strong Burning Desire then you will do WHAT the leaders are doing to get results. That is having a direction. Zig Ziglar said that its not the lack of time people have its a lack of direction. Lets say you are planning to go to Accopoco tommorow at 3 PM. What do you have to get done to make that happen? If you know what you have to do AND ARE DOING IT then you are on your way NOT before.
