CHAPTER 8 DECISION: THE
MASTERY OF PROCRASTINATION-

“PROCRASTINATION, the opposite of DECISION, is a common
enemy which practically every man must conquer.”
Napoleon Hill

Would everyone who has ever procrastinated please raise
your hand. Now, how many want to STOP IT? The solution is
just a decision away. Just make a decision, take action
and move forward.

Most of my indecision came from listening to the opinion
of others. “Opinions are the cheapest commodities on earth.
Everyone has a flock of opinions ready to be wished upon
anyone who will accept them. If you are influenced by
“opinions” when you reach DECISIONS, you will not succeed
in any undertaking, much less in that of transmuting YOUR
OWN DESIRE into money.” Napoleon.

I enjoy reading and studying history, especially the history
of this country.  I appreciated the recounting of how the
movement to US independents came about. I found it interesting
how the country started by a string of decisions made by men
who put their lives, names, and future on the line. It was not
the decision of just one person, of many on both sides of the
issue. Where would we be if just one of these decisions were
not made?

“It will not be difficult to detect, in the story of the
Declaration of Independence, at least six of these principles;
DESIRE, DECISION, FAITH, PERSISTENCE,
THE MASTER MIND, and ORGANIZED PLANNING.” Napoleon Hill

These laws are available to every person who has FAITH and
the COURAGE to use them. They may be used to bring freedom to
a nation or to accumulate riches. There is no charge to save
the time necessary to understand and appropriate them.

Where there is a decision, procrastination cannot live.

“Once you make a decision, the universe conspires to make it
happen.” Ralph Waldo Emerson

Remember Decision is an action word, and with action fears,
worries, and procrastination is defeated.

“Remember, a real decision is measured by the fact that you've
taken a new action. If there's no action, you haven't truly
decided.” Tony Robbins

Thank you, Linda and Michael Dlouhy for being an example and
model of a decision-maker. It has your decision to create this
system Mentoring for Free that has led me to be a better
decision-maker. Bob Shoaf thanks for your friendship, leadership,
and being the decision-maker, you are. My gratitude to my fellow
mastermind partner for your decision to be here and participate
in the weekly calls. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who decided
to download “Success in 10 Steps” and allow me to mentor you.
