THE CHRYSTALLIZATION OF DESIRE INTO ACTION
The Sixth Step Toward Riches
Napoleon Hill states that when your plans fail, that temporary defeat is not your permanent failure. It may only mean that your plans have not been sound. Build other plans. Start all over again.
If Thomas Edison can fail ten thousand times before he perfected the incandescent electric light bulb, then I have no excuse for defeat.
Back in mid-December of 2019, I came across a dilemma and I wanted to solve it. The product I read about a few years ago doesn’t exist in the United States, yet. So, I contacted the inventor and he sent me the White Papers and the schematics of the product he invented and asked me to find a manufacturer, who could manufacture it at a reasonable price. Then I could buy the product in bulk from the inventor and sell it in the marketplace for a bargain price.
I contacted manufacturers all over the world. No one in China was willing to manufacture it. Then I contacted someone in India three weeks ago when I came across her article over the Internet. She said that she was willing to look over it and last night she said that she doesn’t have the time and thanked me for the opportunity. So, I asked if her engineering friends could do it and she stated that her engineering friends simply doesn’t have the time either.
So, finally, it dawned on me that my fiancé's son is an engineer, too! So, I talked with him over the phone and he said that he is out of work. I said, “Perfect! Then you have time to work on the project!” He told me that he knows other engineers that he can team up with and they could work on the project! Now I don’t have to worry about Trump’s tariffs, since it will be manufactured in the United States.
By reading and assimilating the information Hill states in this chapter, I am ready to create a practical plan for marketing my personal services. By giving back the highest quality of customer service, where the customer is always right and promptly refunding any returns. To become more analytical and capable of judging people by providing the best possible service by following Hill’s 28 steps for self-analysis for personal inventory.
Thank you, Michael Dlouhy, for this wonderful Master Mind group. Where we learn how to think and not what to think. Also, Nathan Grimes, for never giving up on me.
