Napoleon Hill places all knowledge one of two categories:
1) General which is just the facts, information that has
been accumulated over time through various mediums.
2) Specialized meaning knowledge possessed by
an individual that relates directly to the product or
service of an organization or to the equipment,
techniques, management, or other exclusive interests
of the petitioner not readily available in the job market.

“Rising living standards - whether in a village, a region,
a nation, or the world - depends first on specialization:
on letting people concentrate on what they do best and
trade with others who specialize in other things.”
Virginia Postrel

“An educated man is one who has so developed the faculties
of his mind that he may acquire anything he wants, or its
equivalent, without violating the rights of others. Any
man is educated, who knows where to get knowledge when he
needs it, and how to organize that knowledge into definite
plans of action.” Napoleon Hill

It is my opinion that education based on general knowledge
(formal education) is weak and empty if it is not organized
and used
with specialized knowledge. Specialized knowledge
is found in the action of doing, observing the success of
others and participating in a “Master Mind” group such as
Mentoring for Free.

Speaking for myself I find myself at a juncture in specialized
knowledge needing to know how to be a successful network
marketer and putting action into what I have learned. Like
Henry Ford and Andrew Carnegie, I see the need for a Master
Mind Group composed of harmonious like-minded people on the
same path looking for personal freedom and the accumulation of

“The range of human knowledge today is so great that we're
all specialists and the distance between specializations
has become so great that anyone who seeks to wander freely
between them almost has to forego closeness with the people
around him.” Robert M. Pirsig

If I am to have the success I desire in network marketing, I
must apply the principle manifested in “Thank and Grow Rich”:
1) stoke up a burning desire with the use of my self-talk 100’s
times daily,
2) draw upon my faith in God, in myself, and in my personal
mentors. and
3) stay committed and connect with this mastermind
for support and encouragement.

Thanks to Linda and Michael Dlouhy for creating Mentoring for
Free where we can be exposed to accurate truthful information
and wisdom. Bob Shoaf, thanks for continual support, mentoring
and coaching. My gratitude to everyone who participates in the
weekly call for the brilliance you bring to the table. A very
special thanks to everyone downloaded Success in 10 Steps and
