To be a success in realizing a desire one must have a definite purpose. We must also have hope, faith, courage, and tolerance. We have to have these states of mind and a working knowledge of the principles that Mr. Hill introduces in this book “Think and Grow Rich.”
On the path to acquiring riches we will be crushed until our heart bleeds, but because of these experiences our spiritual metal of which we are made will be tempered. We need to be thankful for these experiences because they are assets of incomparable value. These experiences that make our heart bleed will help us be prepared to be ready for the experiences that will lead to success.
To quote Mr. Hill, “Every failure brings with it the seed of an Equivalent Success.”
To me that means when we have failure we must look for the positive assets that can come out of it.
Mr Emerson says,”Every proverb, every book, every byword that belongs to Thee for aid and comfort shall surely come home through open or winding passages.” We must be open-minded and realize when we have an opportunity, to take advantage of it.
