The area that made the most impact about persistence is that its keeping on going despite hearing the comments about the goal or dream that we may have. The story of Mrs Wallace Simpson reminds of my own personal journey seeking love and getting married, refusing to give up.

Many years ago I had personally sought a relationship believing that it would improve the situation and even that sex was even the answer to getting that love which was seeking, It took many years searching relationship profiles online, a number of dates, learning skills, two failed relationships to become the guy who was ready to meet Jenny my amazing wife.

Still remembering that after a failed relationship which now realize was completely wrong saying to myself the next person who dated would be my wife for life. 3 months later I meet Jenny, we dated, kept going and a few months later I knew that Jenny was right for me.
We got engaged and later married, now we have our son Jamie. Anything that ever wanted to achieve took persistence. It took many months of dissapointment before we knew that we were going to have a child of our own. It got to the point where it was so frustrating just keeping on going but we did.

It took that same persistence to achieve that health which have, it will take that persistence again for more kids, for the health that desire it will take that persistence too. To build the layout want to build is more persistence and building a business well that’s the biggest persistence of all just keeping on going knowing that it will help to give the family that life desire to give them.

We never know how long it will take to achieve that goal we have but we do need to just keep on going towards that goal. Right now a big goal is being that stay at home dad, who can holiday as he wants and be with his family rather than working. Being able to teach our kids life skills, aswell as stuff like building a model train layout.
