Dreams, imagination, vision, desires is where the flame starts for all self
made success stories in the past, present, and the future. The spark has got to be in the belly. Then you gotta have an organized game plan before it can happen.
I got reminded the other day, that it is impossible to enjoy success without failure. Edison had ten thousand failures before he was successful with the light bulb. Milton Hershey failed three times in business before mastering the milk chocolate formula, and revolutionized the candy bar industry. The common thread between these two individuals is they failed before they succeeded. They had adjust plans, tweet formulas and try again.
Surrounding yourself with the right people is probably the most crucial piece in something small becoming converting to something big and world changing. Companies like Apple, Microsoft, Hershey, and Coca Cola all began by someone with a vision. All these individuals had individual talents, passion, and work ethics. They, however, did not know everything. They all hired good people with different talents, which drove these companies to multinational success.
This is the same for anything that grows into a winning entity. A winning sports team most likely will have standout players. They, however, will not win without the cohesive running team unit. Nick Saban, who is the current coach of the Alabama Crimson tide. He has won multiple NCAA championships. One at LSU and five more in Alabama. Every year the Crimson Tide are in the top tier of the BCS hunt. Now Saban has access to great players as a handful of other Division one programs do. He has the ability, work ethic, and determination of bringing the best out in his players. These blue chip recruits play well as a team. Nick occasionally has made the tough decision on who plays where in when. Besides players, he has an outstanding coaching staff and a University behind him. Many of his assistants have move on to be successful head coaches in other programs.
This goes the same for us in network marketing. We all need to have a game plan. We will have failures and will need to make adjustments from time to time. We as well benefit from association with the right people. Mentoring for free is the perfect place. Thank you Michael And Linda Dlouhy for this great program. Thank you Rick Burnett for reaching out to me. Thank you to everybody who is on the weekly calls.
