Hill wrote about the importance of belief, desire and faith in Chapter 2. Although many have dreams and desires, there is a difference between those who just dream and those who
have deep desire, belief and faith. He writes about those who weren't born with a silver spoon in life, and that their place in history can always take a different turn. The story of Hill's son, Blair is so
uplifting. Hill taught his son to see what all others saw as a handicap, as his own strength. Hill instilled the 3 things needed for success into his son from birth. How fortunate for his son to see himslf
this way. I see this as going through life unlearning the wrong and damaging messages we are fed through family members, friends and strangers before we get started on all of the positive beliefs
and messages. Many of these messages are unintentional. It's a process to train ourselves to think otherwise. It's necessary to be the best versions of ourselves that we can be.
