Chapter 10 - Power of the Mastermind

Wikipedia tells us "A mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring concept used
to help members solve their problems with input and advice
from the other group members. The concept was coined in 1925
by author Napoleon Hill in his book The Law of Success, and
described in more detail in his 1937 book, Think and Grow Rich."

Hill tells us "No individual may have great power without
availing himself of the “Master Mind.”

When it comes to Network Marketing Michael Dlouhy tells us
"You cannot build this business by yourself.  You need a
coach, a mentor, a team working together with a proven
duplicatable System."  In other words, a "Mastermind".

The power that Hill talks about in this chapter comes from
working as a team.  We individually cannot know everything
and sometimes the very thing we need to learn comes from
an unexpected source, maybe a little comment someone makes
on a call or  maybe an answer to one of our questions that we
didn't even know we had until someone else asked it. Being
a part of a Mastermind like Mentoring for Free can be that
source which will get us to the next level in our business.

Being part of a Mastermind is not just listening. Being part
of a Mastermind is participating; it is sharing what we are
learning; it is asking questions. As Wikipedia states it is
sharing input and advice.

There are a number of us who have stated we don't know if we
would still be building a Network Marketing business if we had
not found this Mastermind and I am one of them.  These Mastermind
calls can motivate us, challenge us and give us the encouragement
to keep moving forward.  We are not alone.  We have a coach,
we have a mentor, we have a team working together for a common
goal with a proven duplicatable System and all that gives us

Pete Carroll has said "Each person holds so much power within themselves
that needs to be let out. Sometimes they just need a little nudge,
a little direction, a little support, a little coaching, and the
greatest things can happen."

That is the power of a Mastermind.
