Chapter 14-The Sixth Sense
The SIXTH SENSE is the principle through which Infinite Intelligence may, and will communicate voluntarily without any effort from, or demands by the individual. Napoleon Hill
The starting point of all achievement is DESIRE. The finishing point is the brand of KNOWLEDGE which leads to understanding of self, understanding of others, understanding of the laws of Nature, recognition and understanding of HAPPINESS. Napoleon Hill
The two quotes above are what really caught my eye in reading over the chapter at this time. The conclusion I have made is that we all have a sixth sense and it is our choice as to whether we make use of it.
To make use of the sixth sense, which I feel is a wise choice we first have to have a desire. We start by first realizing what our most burning desire is. We must really put ourselves through a self-examination that will enable us to understand why we behave in the way we do, why other people behave in the way they do. We must unerstand why they behave the way they do and deal with it in a loving and forgiving way. We must consider the laws of Nature, and realize we can’t change them.
This self examination is a life time process. It is worth it though, if you want to have true HAPPINESS.
