Many people only want to finish that 4 to 8 Years of college, Thinking that they are done with school. 

Then many of them wonder why they didn’t get the top position in the company that they are working. 

And then watch that those who invest in themselves with out side courses get to be the top leaders in the company. 

Those extra courses teach them the best skills and knowledge to meet the companies goals and sale higher. 

Unlike people with just a graduate degrees.
