Chapter 5- SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE,
PERSONAL EXPERIENCES OR OBSERVATION
Specialized knowledge means special knowledge possessed by an individual of the petitioning organization's
product, service, research, equipment, techniques,
management, or other interests and its application in
international markets, or an advanced level of knowledge
or expertise in the organization's processes and
procedures. (immihelp)

civilization today, may be found in the failure of
educational institutions to teach their students HOW TO
ORGANIZE AND USE KNOWLEDGE AFTER THEY ACQUIRE IT.”

I feel that a bigger failure is the fact that those formal
education is they are busy telling their students what to
think, and not teaching how to think. Those education systems
are so warped up in their own agenda or propaganda there is
no room for thinkers.
Now this is not a condemnation of teachers in general for
most (in the elementary and high school years) truly desire
to give the best to their student. My issue is with the higher level of the universities where instructor look to
indoctrinate their belief systems not lead to real thinking.
Hills writes, “An educated man is one who has so developed the
faculties of his mind that he may acquire anything he wants,
or its equivalent, without violating the rights of others.” We
can look to Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Edwin Barnes and other
leaders of the past as examples of such educated men. Better
yet let’s look to more recent times for men such as Bill Gates,
Steve Jobs, Richard Branson, and now Marshall Medoff founder of Xyelco. Marshall though a professor in economic choose to dedicate
14 years seeking specialized knowledge in order to find ways to
take the waste of the world turning into usable products and develop
renewable fuels.
Here we have come to Mentoring for Free to acquire the specialized
knowledge or skills. As Hill says, “Before you can be sure of your
ability to transmute DESIRE into its monetary equivalent, you will
require SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE of the service, merchandise, or the profession which you intend to offer in return for fortune. Perhaps
you may need much more specialized knowledge than you have the
ability or the inclination to acquire, and if this should be true,
you may bridge your weakness through the aid of your “Master Mind”
group.”
We are part of a harmonious mastermind to aid or help one another
in personal development, necessary skills for building a life and a
business. Learning how to organize, lead, and put to use this knowledge
for a definite purpose, with practical plans to obtain desire we have
to be network marketers, entrepreneurs, and mentors.
I am totally grateful to Linda and Michael Dlouhy in developing a
place to give us the opportunity to grow, improve, and build up our belief in ourselves, being able to dream and see the finish line before us. Thank you, Bob Shoaf, for sharing your experience,
