Chapter 10 The Power

of the Mastermind

POWER may be defined as “organized and intelligently directed KNOWLEDGE.” Power, as the term is here used, refers to ORGANIZED effort, sufficient to enable an individual to transmute DESIRE into its monetary equivalent. ORGANIZED effort is produced through the coordination of effort of two or more people, who work toward a DEFINITE end, in a spirit of harmony.

POWER IS REQUIRED FOR THE ACCUMULATION OF MONEY!

POWER IS NECESSARY FOR THE RETENTION OF MONEY AFTER IT HAS BEEN ACCUMULATED!

When we are educated in the school systems of this USA knowledge is not, in many cases, presented in such a way that it can be used in an organized and intelligent way.  Therefore students who graduate from high school and even college don’t realize how they can organize this knowledge by using their imagination.

As our life goes on, experience helps us realize by using Libraries, the internet, imagination, and associating with other people who are the experts , to gain this power that Mr. Hill is talking about.

The best way to keep this power of organized and intelligently directed knowledge is to form a mastermind group of two or more people.  The criteria of this mastermind must be that everyone in the mastermind will  cooperate and have  the same definite purpose to achieve.  The group must have perfect harmony.  The group will together agree on the definite purpose of the mastermind, All the participants of the group must agree to  take advice and counsel from the  experts, always keeping in mind the spirit of perfect harmony.  They must always remember that,”No two minds ever come together without, thereby, creating a third, invisible, intangible force which may be likened to a third mind.”  Napoleon Hill.

The principle of the master mind is the reason for success of most people who gain a fortune in life. The mastermind broadens the perspective of all the members of the group in such a way that new ideas to plan and to put the plan into action are moved forward much faster and the plans are much more effective.

Thank you to Linda and Michael Dlouhy for our master mind group of MFF and to all the participants.
