Chapter 7 Organized Planning
You have learned that everything man creates or acquires, begins in the form of DESIRE, that desire is taken on the first lap of its journey, from the abstract to the concrete, into the workshop of the IMAGINATION, where PLANS for its transition are created and organized. Napoleon Hill.
Plans are easy to make but sometimes I forget to realize that there are details to consider. When this happens the plan is not organized, it is chaos. This is where a mastermind needs to come into play. When we have other people to consult in putting plans into operation, it is possible to realize that other people can help. A person who is an expert in considering all the details can help by putting these details on paper. Then other members of the mastermind can help in putting the plans in operation.
As more consultation is engaged in imagination comes forth and organization takes place. Different tasks are assigned and as they are completed everyone can see a real plan taking shape. This only happens if the group working on the plan check with one another often to see how all the tasks when completed will result in an organized plan. Then the plan is put into operation each member contributing his part.
If the plan has a fallacy, the group has to know that there may be a different way to make it work. The first plan needs to be revised. Just because there was a fallacy in the first plan does not mean the group or the plan has failed.
