Chapter 12-The Brain
The brain is a very fascinating part of our body. It is the only organ in our body which contains three faculties to operate;the subconscious mind, creative imagination and autosuggestion. Napolean Hill states:
Along with the important factors of the subconscious mind, and the faculty of the Creative Imagination, which constitute the sending and receiving sets of your mental broadcasting machinery, consider now the principle of autosuggestion, which is the medium by which you may put into operation your “broadcasting” station. Through the instructions described in the chapter on autosuggestion, you were definitely informed of the method by which DESIRE may be transmuted into its monetary equivalent. Operation of your mental “broadcasting” station is a comparatively simple procedure. You have but three principles to bear in mind, and to apply, when you wish to use your broadcasting station—the SUBCONSCIOUS MIND, CREATIVE IMAGINATION, and AUTO-SUGGESTION. The stimuli through which you put these three principles into action have been described—the procedure begins with DESIRE. THE GREATEST FORCES ARE “INTANGIBLE”
What does this have to do with network marketing? If a person in network marketing wants to be successful, he has to realize his prospect has a brain as well. We must assume that his brain has an imaginative faculty, a subconscious mind, and a desire. Through the right kind of communication, (listening and asking the right kind of questions) we learn to know whether our prospect wants and needs our products or not. Most successful people in network marketing have the skills of listening, asking, feeling, and finding out.
Striving to be the kind of person described is what I want to do. How about you?
