Chapter 10-Power of the Mastermind

Power may be defined as “organized and intelligently directed knowledge.”

The way power is used here is “organized effort sufficient to enable an individual to transmute desire into  its monetary equivalent.”

How do we get organized effort? First of all we need more than one person. Two is enough but more is better.  Then these people must work toward a definite end in a spirit of harmony.  This is the definition of a master mind group.

If this group of people work together in a spirit of harmony they will take on the nature and habits and power of thought of those in the group. They will associate in a spirit of sympathy and harmony.

If this spirit of sympathy and harmony exists in the group, they will feel there is an intangible force that is helping to keep the group focused.  This intangible force is the Infinite Intelligence or better known by mankind as God.  This force does not err.

In working to get this power we must consider that the universe is made up of matter and energy.  Matter is economic in nature whereas  energy is psychic or spiritual in nature.  The mastermind must have both.

The material things that mankind needs to survive come to us through using the power of energy. This energy in the universe is given to us by the infinite intelligence through our thinking.  The brain is what we associate with thinking.

Mankind is able to think from the time he enters this world. His thinking power is influenced by his surroundings.  We who are a part of mankind must realize how we are influencing and encouraging people we associate with.

In creating a mastermind we must really use our thinking power and realize how we can learn from others in developing this power we need to build a successful business. This is because power when used in the pursuit of money must be mixed with Faith, Desire and persistence with a plan and that plan must be set into Action.
