Chapter 10: Power of the Mastermind

HIll tells us "When a group of individual brains are coordinated and function
in Harmony, the increased energy created through that alliance,
becomes available to every individual brain in the group."

Wouldn't we all want increased energy?  Wouldn't we all
want harmony?

Hill also tells us there is power in a Mastermind.

Increased energy, power and harmony? WOW

That is what we have here at Mentoring for Free - increased
energy, power and harmony.

George W. Romney states "Workers must participate in progress
to enjoy their work and take pride in its product."

To enjoy our work we have to be a part of it.  It is difficult
to enjoy anything to its fullest if we are not participating.

Watching someone dance can be enjoyable but it is a lot more
fun being one of the dancers.

Watching your children play can be enjoyable but it is
a lot more fun playing with your children.

To participate is to be involved and sharing with others in doing something.

Being part of a Mastermind means you are to be involved which
means you are not just on the sidelines listening and watching.
Here at Mentoring for Free that means we not only listen but we
speak up and share.  Sharing is a "two way street."

Hill tells us to "consider the fact that Mr. Ford’s most outstanding achievements
began from the time that he formed the acquaintances of
Harvey Firestone, John Burroughs, and Luther Burbank,
(each a man of great brain capacity), and you will have
further evidence that POWER may be produced through friendly
alliance of minds."

“Men take on the nature and the habits and the POWER OF THOUGHT
of those with whom they associate in a spirit of sympathy and harmony.”

I am sure all these men participated and shared.  They did not just listen.

Just think what this Mastermind group would be like if everyone
participated?  What kind of power would we each have?
How much faster would we all grow and develop into the person
we were meant to become?

As Michal Dlouhy says "Be here a year from now" participating.
