Chapter 3: Faith
I enjoyed the listing of what Faith is! Also, that it Is built through Autosuggestion. YOU place the thoughts and your subconscious will work to make it happen. That is why it so important to get rid of the negative and focus on the positive.
This requires repetition, stating your goals aloud, not just reading them; post your goals in conspicuous locations so they are always on your mind.
I also was impacted by the Self-Confidence Formula.
As Robert Heinlein said: “TINSTAFL”; there is no such thing as a free lunch. To get, you have to give; another definable statement.
A powerful concept present by Napoleon Hill is that “Thoughts which are mixed with any of the feelings of emotions, constitute a ‘magnetic’ force which attracts from the vibrations of the ether other similar or related thoughts.”
Napoleon Hill also states "All down the ages, the religionists have admonished struggling humanity to “have faith” in this, that, and the other dogma or creed, but they have failed to tell people HOW to have faith. They have not stated that “faith is a state of mind, and that it may be induced by self-suggestion.” How true!
