POWER OF THE MASTER MIND THE DRIVING FORCE
The Ninth Step toward Riches
Hill tells us that a Master Mind is like a battery. I would agree with this analogy. A battery stores energy in the form an electrical charge, which when a circuit is completed between the two terminal energy is released, either to produce light, heat or locomotion.
A Master Mind like a battery is made up of cells; in this case the cells are other Minds. These Minds have stored knowledge, which can be General and/or Specialised. Each Mind acquires it knowledge in the following ways:
- Reading carefully catalogued material in the Libraries of the world both Public and Commercial.
- Learning through attending compulsory schooling in our younger years and subsequently by attending technical colleges or universities.
These methods in general teach or allow the person undertaking such studies, the acquisition of General Knowledge.
Specialised Knowledge is obtained by undertaking Specialised Courses, Apprenticeships or Research. See Chapter 5 of Think and Grow Rich for additional information on Specialised Knowledge.
Hill further tells us that knowledge in any form is of little value until it is organised, it then has Power.
A Master Mind therefore is the coming together of Minds, containing different organised knowledge, when working in harmony, are able to provide another Mind of infinitely more power than any of the single Minds. Henry Ford used such a Master Mind to obtain a one piece V8 Engine Block Casting around the 1930’s.
Master Minds are used in the majority of commercial undertakings and MLM is no exception. To learn the skills associated would take an individual many years, so are formed Master Mind Groups like Mentoring For Free, where a wealth of general and specialised knowledge is shared freely and at no cost between participating parties.
It must be stressed though that to be successful the Group must be harmonious any disharmony, as in the case of a battery with a dude cell, will not function. Any person or persons who are not in harmony have to be removed and replaced. The Master Mind should meet on a regular basis, a minimum of once per week and more often if possible.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Linda and Michael Dlouhy for this Master Mind and all the valuable knowledge stored in the Archives. Further, thank you for the monitoring of the Group for any disharmony and the elimination of such.
