Chapter 10 Power of the Mastermind

Participation in a mastermind is the one thing all of the successful individuals that Hill interviewed had in common. That is quite an affirmation of the mastermind's power and a lesson for all of us.

A mastermind is a group of like-minded individuals working in a spirit of harmony.  All of these brains working together is like a third mind that amplifies the power of each individual.  It makes it possible for participants to learn from each other expanding their knowledge  and their self confidence.

It's one thing to read  about a particular marketing technique or a way to reach people that need help.  It is much more powerful to hear someone describe their experience talking to people or learn how they went about reaching out to them on social media.  And better yet is to listen to someone else making live calls and interacting with clients directly.

When someone shares their experience on a mastermind call we all learn something. If they share a win we can take that idea, tweak it to fit us and run with it ourselves.  If they share something that didn't work it saves us making the same or a similar mistake.

When we in turn have aha moments and choose to share them, even more people are impacted ramping up the vibration of the call and allowing us all to tap directly into Infinite Intelligence for  more life changing insights.

Of course the effect of the mastermind is magnified as more people participate.

Imagine how different the calls would be  if only one or two people posted and spoke up.  Or, on the other hand, imagine if 100 people posted and spoke up.  The greater the participation the greater the energy that is generated and the more we all benefit.

Hill says that the mastermind is essential for us to create enough power to manifest our desires.

When we try to make it on our own without tapping into the power of the mastermind, we are like someone stumbling around in the dark trying to find our way without enough light. We may eventually find some of what we need and experience occasional success.  But why do it that way when the potential for real power is right here waiting for us.  All we have to do is show up and participate.
