The subconscious mind is a storehouse of data. The memories and experience of every moment of your life is stored in it. Most of the subconscious mind is learned behavior. Can we train our subconscious mind to think more positively? This part of our brain is formed as children, but we can rewire it later in life...
Hill states that you cannot entirely control your subconscious mind, but you can voluntarily hand over to it any plan, desire, or purpose which you wish transformed into concrete form.
I must admit that I haven't mastered this trait yet, but each day I continue to pour positive information and powerful knowledge into my mind. Hill states that you must be persistent in order to program your subconscious mind. I've heard people say that once you do something for about 30 days consistently it becomes a habit. I remember one of my football coaches use to say that perfect practice makes perfect. Every week we would pratice plays over and over until they were perfect. Wednesday's were called perfect day, we were expected to run every play perfectly each Wednesday before games. It takes pratice and persistence to do anything right. Things don't just happen by chance...Another one of my coaches use to say that each day you get better or worse you never stay the same. This is true in all aspects of life...I focus on bettering myself each day. I know that once my daily behaviors become habits my subconscious mind will become programed with laser focus and I'll automatically achieve any task that I implant into my mind.
Hill states that the law of habit will come to your aid...Form the habit of applying and using the positive emotions! Eventually, they will dominate your mind so completely, that the negatives cannot enter it.
Once your subconscious mind is totally filled with positivity there are no limitations on what one can accomplish. Be patient. Be persistent.
