Thank goodness the subconscious mind is coachable. We can use it to evolve and modify our behavior. By practicing our daily self-talk, we can naturally, discard
our old thoughts and ideas. We can then adopt a new way of life. I have been practicing my self-talk for some time now. This may come as a surprise, but it really
works. I no longer dwell on people, places or things that do not raise me up. It is amazing how just doing this daily exercise strengthens my mind. I use it to
recover from daily bumps in the road and move on to the next.
