HOW TO OUTWIT THE SIX GHOSTS OF FEAR
Fear is the killer of dreams. Fear is the cold shower on your desires. Fear is the ball and chain shackled to your
ankles that drag you down the road to poverty. Fear makes the phone weigh 500 pounds. Fear paralyzes you into
inaction. Fear is the maker of excuses.
It doesn't matter what type of fear you have. as long as you have fear, you will fail. So how do you unshakle yourself
from debilitating fear? Remember, only YOU have to key to those shackles. Only you can rid you of the paralyzing fear
that stops you in your track.
The first step is to STOP IT! Say your POSITIVE self talk hundreds of times each day and, most important of all, take
ACTION! Do the things that scare you. The more you do something, the easier it gets. The key to getting rid of
debilitating fear is action. Take that first step towards your goals. Success in not guaranteed but if you don't act,

P. S. “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is
our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented,
fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There
is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine,
as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in
everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are
liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” ― Marianne Williamson
