Close friends and relatives, while not meaning to do so, often handicap one through “opinions” and sometimes through ridicule, which is meant to be humorous.
Thousands of men and women carry inferiority complexes with them all through life, because some well-meaning, but ignorant person destroyed their confidence through “opinions” or ridicule.

These lines stand out to me because I can see myself in these written words.

From studying this lesson there were so many jewels that came from this writing.

I am understanding not  everyone can see one's vision and it is only for you, currently I do not share my desires with anyone. When I made that decision I was not conscious of my reasons.

Well, Napolian Hill surely gave me the answer. I got it !

Based on outside opinions it takes a negative affect on one's life in a suttle way where it plants itself in the subconscious mind.

When I go to make certain decisions it would replay a thought from  a friend which was not to beneficial for my  growth and development. From that stem's indecision and procrastination.

I see myself improving in my decision making. e.g. My 15 year old son was discussing with his idear of redecorating his bed room. He had a clear view of where he want his mirror the size, gaming system etc. I asked where are you going to put your bed?

He replied,  "I don't know,  any where?" At that moment all these wonderful lessons became active.

I explained the importance of having a clear picture of his goals, using my self as a reference point of where my life is currently based on not  having a definite goal.

His homework was to create a definite goal, he agreed very humly.

Based on my honesty towards him he learnt a life RULE.  I see the the IMPORTANCE of teaching our children by example.

Thank you to all the magnificant leaders,
Michael & Linda Dlouhy  and Bob he is so patient with me I am still working on not interrupting him when he is mentoring me.
