"PROCRASTINATION, the opposite of DECISION, is a common enemy which practically every man must conquer"
I can usually make decisions somewhat quickly, the decision to consider something might be a good idea and think about it some more. Or the decision, yes I need to lose some weight and eat more healthily. I can make those decisions all day long, putting action to them is my problem or "PROCRASTINATION". So my opinion would be that "Action" or taking action would be the opposite of procrastination.
"The majority of people who fail permit others to do their thinking for them"
I have to admit, I do ask other people what they think about this or that while I'm in the decision making process. Being a green personality type I need to gather all the information ya know, God forbid that I would get it wrong and make a mistake.
Note well, the fact that it was their DECISION which insured the success of Washington’s armies, because the spirit of that decision was in the heart of every soldier who fought with him, and served as a spiritual power which recognizes no such thing as FAILURE.
Spiritual Power, I believe this is speaking of something supernatural operating in this world but not of this world created by a much higher intelligences not that of the inhabitants of this earth.
In your search for the secret of the method, do not look for a miracle, because you will not find it. You will find only the eternal laws of Nature.
I had an enlightenment this week concerning the "laws of nature", Gods creation if you will. Let me explain, if you had never seen gravity at work you may question the realty of such a phenomenon. But since we have experience this law of nature from the time we started learning to walk it's difficult to even imagine life without it. Just for the sake of this lesson, lets say I was born in space where there is no gravity. You wanting to prove gravity existed showed me a video of a ball being thrown up into the air. Now we all know that where gravity is operating the ball will come down eventually, but what happens when you slow the video down. Slow the video down enough and you might even question if the ball's coming down or not. The point is there is a time element involved that we don't always understand when it comes to the supernatural.
I have been guilty of questioning God's written word in the past when He plainly tells me that He cannot lie. Now I have made a Decision to believe God's word and to expect what it says the outcome will be no matter what. When the outcome doesn't come fast enough for me I'll just remember the video could be in slow motion and my Faith must run the course of time.
