The day of the “go-getter” has passed. He has been supplanted by the “gogiver.” High-pressure methods in business finally blew the lid off. There will never be the need to put the lid back on, because, in the future, business will be conducted by methods that will require no pressure.
We are all benefiting from Mentoring for Free by becoming "Gogivers". We are mentors with a Servants Heart, which is where we all give From. We all may very well be the future Hill is talking about here. At the basis of these skills is the Colors Personalitys Trainings. With the skills that are "Givin" at mentoring for free we openly and freely conduct our business with no agenda or pressure with this skill.
Hill also states:
Annual self-analysis is an essential in the effective marketing of personal services, as is annual inventory in merchandising. Moreover, the yearly analysis should disclose a DECREASE IN FAULTS, and an increase in VIRTUES.
