Chapter 9 Persistence

Michael thanks to you, I realize now that it REALLY was not my fault that I was not successful.  I just did not have the knowledge to succeed.

The four simple steps that lead to the habit of persistence are just what I needed to get on track.  As I said before, one of my favorite books is The Power of Your Subconscious Mind.  I really like the author Joseph Murphy.  He really helped me to understand the difference between my conscious and subconscious thoughts and how I should pay attention to what I am saying to myself and what I am imbedding in my subconscious mind.

I also learned to visualize and imagine my life as I wanted it to be and I learned to do so very well.  Nevertheless, there were vital steps missing.   I now know that visualization without a plan is futile.  The Power of the Subconscious mind teaches visualization but there is no action plan.

My purpose has always been to be a successful MLM entrepreneur and I have visualized myself in this role many times.  I truly desired to be successful and wealthy.   My Desire and Visualization in itself, although useful, was not enough.  I needed a plan of action which I did not have nor did I have a mind that was closed against all negative and discouraging influences.

Most importantly, I did not have a friendly alliance with one or more persons who could encourage me to follow through with my plan and purpose.   Michael, now that I have you on my side with all of your knowledge and expertise, I know that my success is inevitable.  I feel that I finally have someone who truly cares about my success and wants to see me succeed.

As I look back at the four simple steps that lead to the habit of persistence, I now know that I was missing three of the four steps.   This entire experience is truly life-changing.  I have never felt so enlightened..

  1.  I now have a definite purpose backed by a burning desire to be a successful MLM entrepreneur.  I truly want to help people to not experience the frustration that I endured because of my lack of knowledge.  I also want to make a lot of money.
  2. I also have Michael who has a definite plan of action which I intend to follow because I am extremely coachable.  I have heard that it only takes one person to change your entire life and for me, that is you, Michael.
  3. I also plan to listen to my Mentor Michael and to become totally immune to any outside influences that may try to negatively influence or discourage me.
  4. I also have a friendly alliance with one or more persons who will encourage me to follow through with my plan and purpose.  After listening to the calls this week, I realize that I have never been with any group that actually wants to know what you think and openly encourages participation.  This is exactly where I should be.

Michael I may be blue but I am truly ready.  Now that I have an understanding of all four steps, can we get started?

Sincerely,

Evelyn Kyle (Eve)
