It was March, 2000, and finally, we got the keys to our new home. Well, it was a fixer, which I loved todo. While it needed some TLC, it would be our home for another 7 years.

It took 5 years to get back to this point, buying this home, my 5th in 20 years.  We bought the home from my neighbor with out an agent, saving us both money, them in commission, and us with a lower price. That was what was on my mind those 5 years, buying a place of our own.

Hill - In connection with this, consider again the statement, ALL THOUGHTS WHICH HAVE BEEN EMOTIONALIZED, (given feeling) AND MIXED WITH FAITH, begin immediately to translate themselves into their physical equivalent or counterpart.

Looking back, It was Sept 1997 at 3AM when my son came running into our bedroom shaking my arm and yelling, DaD! the garage is on fire! We got out just in time, while the fire engine from the local area had gotten lost! Another engine got there 1st by following the 60'ft flames coming off the roof of the garage.

While living with friends for 3 months, and then in a Hotel for another 2, I was even more determined to find a place of our own as we had been renting this place, a 1st for me.

Now, starting over was not going to be easy, as everything in the house had been ruined from either smoke damage or electrical surge. My Suburban and racing operation went up too.

So, my faith was renewed when the phone rang. It was my union, they had been looking for me for several years. They had my pension fund, and wanted to know what they should do with it!

With this, we began to rebuild and were able to move into our fixer. Later, realizing there was something amiss in the real estate market, we were able to sell the home just before the sub prime crash of 2007.

Hill - Repetition of affirmation of orders to your subconscious mind is the only known method of voluntary development of the emotion of faith.
