Great Day Leaders,
How do you describe the sixth sense? Napoleon Hill calls it the Temple of Wisdom. He goes on to say, “It defies description!” One must understand and master all of the other principles outlined in Think And Grow Rich to truly understand the sixth sense. It’s developed from within.
My goal in life has always been to become ridiculously successful. I understood that the only way up was to lift others up. Luke 6:30 says, “Give and it shall be given to you.” Give your talents, your loyalty, your commitment, your winning attitude, your positive energy and your faith in others. Those who fail don’t understand this simple principle.
It was ingrained in me that the road to success could only be attained through education and an idea presented to the masses. Obviously these folks never studied people like Henry Ford or TAGR. Well, college didn’t work out and the U.S. Air force never called me. I found myself working in the poorest neighborhoods in the country. It was in these neighborhoods that my sixth sense was developing. This is when my ‘guardian angel’ stepped in.
As Mr. Hill explains early in his book, it starts with a thought, a definite purpose that becomes an obsession, hunger, a burning desire. Once your belief becomes unshakable, your mind begins to work for you. Ideas seem to come from nowhere. These are the flashes or hunches and inspiration that open that door to the Temple of Wisdom, your mind.
Mentoring for free is an example of the understanding and application of the principles outlined in TAGR. Thank you Michael for overcoming discouragement, mastering fear and drawing freely upon your imagination. Thank you Linda for expressing your love and faith for your people by sharing Michael with us.
