CHAPTER 8 : DECISION

DECISION MAKING HAS TO DO WITH HAVING THE COURAGE TO KNOW WHAT YOU REALLY WANT TO DO. LET US SAY THAT THE MAJORITY OF YOUR FAMILY FEELS ONE WAY, BUT A MINORITY

FEELS DIFFERENTLY.  THOSE FEW FEEL THE PEER PRESSURE THAT PREVENTS THEM FROM MOVING FORWARD TOO FAST. WHAT THEY MAY END UP DOING IS RIDING THE FENCE FOR A

WHILE, UNTIL THEIR CONSCIENCE TELLS THEM OTHERWISE. THEY END UP BETWEEN A ROCK AND A HARD PLACE, SOMETIMES. WHEN THIS HAPPENS, THEY JUST WANT TO STAY OUT OF THE

LINE OF FIRE, SO TO SPEAK. THEY MAY WANT TO EXERCISE THEIR CIVIL RIGHTS, BUT THEY ARE BETTER OFF SAFE THAN SORRY. THE ONLY WAY TO ESCAPE, SOMETIMES IS TO REMIND

OTHERS NOT TO SHOOT THE MESSENGER. THEY ARE ONLY THE MESSENGER.

I TRULY ADMIRE THOSE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY WANT, WHEN THEY WANT IT. THEY USUALLY HAVE ENOUGH TALENT TO SUCCEED AT WHATEVER THEY DECIDE TO DO.

THANK YOU MICHAEL AND LINDA DLOUHY FOR BELIEVING.
