Lincoln stated, “My boy, you will need much courage if you remain steadfast in carrying out your purpose in life. But remember, when difficulties overtake you, the common people have common sense. Adversity will develop it.”
As a 20 year old college student it can sometimes become hard to focus on what is really important. From final exams to striving to beat the "typical broke college student" stereotype, I began to learn more about self-development and how the value I put forth into the world will serve its purpose in life. Difficult times NEVER last forever and there is absolutely nothing that God cannot PUSH you through. My business is run solely off of the faith I have in God. You have to believe in yourself and remember that obstacles are built to tear down no matter how good you think things may be going. As stated above, "common people have common sense." I interpret from that, that common people begin to feel the need to express their opinion whereas mind over matter is sometimes forgotten. Motivation comes from within, just as the courage to remain sane and reach your goals is a matter of reminding yourself that you can in fact do it! As we approach this new year, with the same amount of hours in a day and the same amount of days in a year we can never remind ourselves of what we did not accomplish in 2016, but what we WILL accomplish in 2017!
