The Tenth Step toward Riches

In opening this chapter, Hill states the following “The meaning of the word ‘transmute’ is, in simple language, ‘the changing or transferring of one element, or form of energy, into another”. During my High School years we studied physics and the Laws governing different states in which matter could exist.

Since at MFF we are always looking at the Laws of Nature, I thought I would look up to see what the Internet had to say concerning Energy Transformation.

Energy Transformation

The definition of energy as the ability to do work came from the 19th century as steam engines and other work-producing machines were developed. The first engines converted heat (thermal energy) into motion (dynamics). The science of heat engines developed by Lord Kelvin in England and Joule and Clausius in France founded the science of thermodynamics. They showed that two rules always held when energy was used to produce motion or work. These are called the two Laws of Thermodynamics. It was noticed that when engines performed work, heat was always produced in addition to the work, and that this represented wasted energy.

One of our observations about energy is that the total quantity of mass and energy combined in the universe is always the same. Energy can change forms and mass and energy may even change into each other, but the total quantity remains the same. This fact is called the principle of Conservation of Energy, or the First Law of Thermodynamics. For most reactions that are studied here the total energy remains constant.

Hill goes on to state that the emotion of sex has three constructive potentialities, these being:

  1. The perpetuation of mankind.
  2. The maintenance of health, (as a therapeutic agency, it has no equal).
  3. The transformation of mediocrity into genius through transmutation.

The first two potentials above are based on physical expression whilst the third involves the switching of the mind from physical thoughts to some other state of nature (spiritual).

Entrepreneurs, great leaders, great artists and musicians and other professionals al have one thing in common they are able to use the energy from the sex emotion to increase the vibration of their brain to very high frequency and thus communicate with infinite intelligence and other human brains. This occurs when a women has been the love of these men’s lives, and bears out the phrase ‘             behind every great man there is a women’.

However where the emotion of sex has no outlet, and is dammed like a river, in the end it will break out similar to the bursting of a dam with the release of immense power (energy).  The releasing of this energy, if not controlled, can cause men to do things they would not normally do, like stealing, murdering of an opponent to please a women and gain her affection. There are many examples of such acts in history and the modern day, Solomon’s removal of Delilah’s husband and his subsequent death.

Other examples are Napoleon’s rise to power with the love of Josephine, his decline and subsequent defeat, when he lost her love. The rise of political leaders in many countries and their down fall when the wandering eye bring another younger maiden into their life and the sex emotion transfers the energy from the relationship which brought them to power to a weaker and physical relationship, causing their downfall.

In my own life there have been numerous occasions when the sex emotion has been present in the solution of a difficult problem, where the presence of a woman has stimulated my brain to very high vibration, far above normal, resulting in a solution being forth coming from infinite intelligence. I feel on these occasions that I am raised to the status of genius.
