We can all have great success using auto-suggestion if we choose to use it consistently. If we are not consistent in saying our self- talk, the negative thoughts will start to sneak back in.
The negatives eventually overcome the positives , and we are back to square one. I understand the power of auto- suggestion and how it works, but as easy as it is to do, it is just as easy not to do. By using the slight edge approach we can say our self- talk 400 times a day, or more. By setting aside little 15 minutes time periods or just saying it when ever we think about it , we are working towards programming our mind.
If we are not programming our mind with the positive, the negative crap will just walk right back in and take charge. With all of life's distractions it is easy for the non-positive stuff to take over, and eventually drive all of the good things that are going on completely out of the picture.
When we start our day by using auto-suggestion it puts us at ground zero immediately, and the negative cannot get in. With that small start, one step at a time, we are moving forward and in a positive direction and the rest of the day flows smoothly.
All we need to do is keep creating a movie in our mind, visualize it, and believe we are there in it, right now, while programing our mind on a daily basis.
