One week ago, on Thursday, 23rd June, 72.2% of the UK population voted in the EU Referendum... in Scotland and Northern Ireland, a significant majority voted for the status quo... in England and Wales, the vote was marginally in favour of leaving the European Union...

 

As one who voted to REMAIN, my FAITH in what I consider to be the common sense of my fellow citizens in England and Wales has caused me to feel extremely disappointed and I attribute this to the widespread failure of ordinary people to appreciate the importance of the positive emotions...

 

If only there were more in the UK who could be grateful for the wonderful environment in which we all live rather than being envious of those who sometimes claim to receive more reward than appears to be justified, I believe the 'mood' which is pervading our country at this moment in time might have been avoided...

 

How could this have been achieved?

 

In my opinion, a thorough understanding of the book, 'Success in 10 Steps', by Michael Dlouhy would have been a great place to start...
