The author states from the great storehouse of the ether, the human mind is constantly attracting vibrations which harmonize with that which DOMINATES the human mind.

This is a constant reminder to me to be mindful of my self talk and that there is a difference between thinking a thought and taking a thought.  Crazy thoughts may seem to come out of nowhere at times but if we focus on the negative, we attract more negativity and we worry.  In my mind, worrying is praying for what we don't want ... it is filling the mind with powerful belief and focus on the negative.  Instead, let the crazy thoughts pass through quickly and immediately replace them with something more in tune with what you are striving for in your life.  In that way there is no claim made to "owning" any negative thought.

My own life reminds me constantly that, as the author says, reading the instructions is not enough ... it takes practice.  Eventually it becomes effortless.

Great chapter.
